4/21/16: still loving this app and service. 10/10/14: Get the app. Use the service. There are glitches in the app since Apples software updates. (Um, even APPLES software is glitching though. Come on, Sweet Apple. Lets do dis.) But THE HOOTSUITE SERVICE ROCKS! Been using for a long time. (See my earlier reviews.) HootSuite has ALWAYS listened to the customer, been quick to respond. Theyve got this. :) 9/1/14: I use this app FAR more than I use the social networks apps. For biz & personal use. Ive been using for a year. When they glitch, they fix. I upgraded to pro last week because theyre THAT good. Props, HootSuite! :)

Makes all my social media interaction more social

Hootsuite does everything I need my Twitter app to do, and more. Plus, I love how I can now manage IG accounts with their platform.

Filling the gaps left by many social sites own clumsier posting apps, Hootsuite delivers features and services that take the hassle out of posting.

If you are wanting to manage multiple accounts or schedule tweets for the future this is the easiest and best app Ive used. I run social media for a high school, small business, and myself and I do it all through this app in one place. Makes it all easy. Ive tried multiple other apps to manage multiple accounts and Hootsuite is by far the best and easiest to use and understand.

As the title says, this latest update does not allow me to use this app at all.

My tweets come in sets, but I dont like to blast them all at once. The ability to schedule my tweets is where Hootsuite won me over. On top of that the layout is GORGEOUS! I like it better than Twitters. Keep up the great work guys!!!

I have been loving Hootsuite. It is a great tool to help me as a busy mom of 3 and homeschooling them and keeping up with doing my posting to keep my customers update.

Interface for viewing profiles need to change. The top white bar with their username in addition to the blue tabs at the top takes up 1/5 of the screen. Not to mention the tabs at the bottom which is already big and bold as it is. Also, an option to disable images or videos would be nice.

This app helps me run my MLM social media posts without me having to be on my phone all the time! MUST HAVE!

What I like about this app the most is that even though it offers paid features, it does harass you into getting a paid subscription. Ive been using the free features for two months now, and never have I received a message or a pop up to upgrade, and that is what is getting me consider an upgrade soon.

I am very pleased with ease of use, layout and functionality. I use this app to plan out my branding social media posts a month in advance for Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. The biggest area of improvement for me would be if you could edit your posts after setting them. As of right now you have to delete them and redo them if you want to edit them before they post.

This is the best free app Ive found for handling Twitter, which is the only aspect of Hootsuite I use. I am therefore not really in their target demographic, I think. That said, there are a couple of design decisions in their Twitter handling I disagree with, such as reply cutting out secondary parties by default. It handles lists really well, though, and is high quality with good polish overall. It also seamlessly connects to the desktop web app. Its good software.

Hootsuite has made a huge difference for our business. It is convenient and easy to use. I am too busy to have to think about times and articles I need to post to our social media accounts. I can take care of posts for the whole month at one time and know that its going to be taken care of! Great App

First, I am a paid customer. So far I love what I see. I wish I could get a more refreshed look. This is the same UI for a number of years. I also wish I could keep a bookmark for my location within Twitter and more options.

The only thing Ive not liked so far, is that it fills up quickly not letting me post as much as Id like. Other than that, I love it, just schedule one week at a time instead of two.

Love Hootsuite, recent upgrade was good but crashes every time. Very inconvenient, frustrating. If its fixed, will again give it 5 stars, until then, 3 stars and dropping.......

Ive used this app for years. It is great. Or rather, it was great. Now it crashes every time I open it. I pay Hootsuite money for access to "pro" features. This is a big F U from Hootsuite to me as a customer. If I did this in my business Id be closed in a week.
